At Gravity Fitness Equipment, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the equipment in its original box, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Equipment
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
